- These orders will be shipped from our workshop in Jamaica, 18 Cargill Avenue, Kingston 10
- There is a handling fee of US$5.00 per order
- There is order minimum of US$20.00 before shipping and handling fees
- These orders will be be shipped by Federal Express.
- The total cost will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Your acceptance of the charges is required by email before the items will be shipped and your credit card charged.
To Place an order for delivery in Jamaica

- These orders will be be shipped by Speed Couriers.
- The total cost including courier costs will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. The minimum courier cost is J$450.00
- Your acceptance of the charges is required by email before the items will be shipped and your credit card charged.
U.S. Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on the weight of items purchase and the shipping destination. Shipping and handling costs are dependenton the items in your order and the shipping method. We charge a flat handling fee to have each order processed and packaged for delivery within the U.S. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping and handling costs for your order is based on the geographical destination within the US. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. At that this time the shipping options on this site are to an address within the US. Tracking Your Order
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of your order. A second email will be sent with your shipment's tracking number.
Finding out Your Order Status
An update will be sent within 24 hours of your order placement. You may also call us at 876-968-7645 or on our VOIP# 954-719-4198, during the hours of 9am EST - 3:00pm EST or send us an email at orderstatus@banyancreations.com
Returning An Item
There is a US$5.00 restocking fee for returns All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method Return shipping fees are non-refundable All returns will be credited to the credit card/PayPal used for the payment (excluding shipping and handling charges and the restocking fee) United States and Jamaican customers please allow 14 days for us to receive your return and process your credit card. All other international customers please allow 21 days. We will send an email confirmation of your credit.
